Pilot terms

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These terms govern access to the talari Anonymisation pilot at anon.talari.ai. They become binding when you accept them in the application or by e-mail. They are not a data-processing agreement and they do not cover production use.

What the pilot is

We give you access to a demonstration instance of the service for an agreed, limited period, together with a set of synthetic test files. Those files are generated: they hold no personal data of real people, and any resemblance to a real person or organisation is coincidental.

Accounts are created by an administrator on invitation. There is no self-registration and no public sign-up. The pilot is offered to businesses and public bodies only, not to consumers.

No real data

You must not upload any file containing real data to the demonstration instance — in particular no real client files, and no personal data at all beyond the contact details of the people operating your demonstration account.

The demonstration instance is talari’s test environment, not a production service, and it is not covered by a data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. Because no real personal data is to be processed on it, no such agreement is concluded for the pilot.

If real data is uploaded by mistake

Tell us immediately at legal@talari.ai. We delete the case, destroy its re-identification mapping and confirm the deletion to you.

What the results mean

Results obtained on test files are indicative only. In particular, a synthetic twin — a document in which the real values have been replaced by fabricated ones — is pseudonymised data, not anonymised data: the mapping back to the original values still exists in the vault, so the document remains personal data within the meaning of the GDPR. Check any output before you rely on it.

Detection is automatic and is never complete: the software can miss personal data, and we do not warrant that it finds all of it. You decide what you upload, and you are responsible for checking a result before you share it with anyone, including an AI tool or any other external service.

Your account

Your account is personal to you. Keep your password and your two-factor device to yourself and do not share access. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

We may suspend or withdraw access at any time — for example when the agreed pilot period ends, or if these terms are broken.

An account marked as a demonstration account expires automatically 30 days after it is granted, unless we set another date. Cases created from such an account are deleted together with their mappings 7 days after creation, and all of its cases are deleted when the account expires.

Data about you

We process the name and e-mail address of the people operating your demonstration account as the controller, in order to run the demonstration. What we do with that data, and for how long we keep it, is set out in the privacy notice.

Availability and liability

The pilot is provided as it stands, for evaluation. We give no availability guarantee, we may change or stop it at any time, and we do not warrant that the detection and replacement of personal data is complete or free of error — establishing that is what an evaluation is for.

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law is unaffected.

Production use

A production deployment is a separate matter, agreed in writing, and runs on the customer’s own premises. Where we process personal data on the customer’s behalf (for example during remote support), that agreement includes a data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. Nothing in these terms grants a licence to use the software beyond the pilot period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. To the extent the law lets the parties agree one, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Talari AI Services P.S.A.

These terms are drawn up in Polish. The English and German versions are translations for convenience; where they differ, the Polish version prevails.
